What to include
The more you send, the tighter the number: the plan set and wall profile/elevations, project specs, a soils or geotech report if you have one, and your bid date. If you're missing something, send what you have and we'll tell you what we assumed and priced around.

What you get back
An itemized proposal back within 48 hours, covering the wall system, geogrid, drainage, excavation, and export, with exclusions spelled out in writing.

Drawing problems flagged early
If something in the drawings won't build the way it's drawn, we'll flag it before you carry our price in your bid.
Licensed and bonded in both states (Oregon CCB #198317, Washington Lic #SEQUOSI876RK), so we can be written into bid sets on either side of the river.
